Second: Time for the hardest part of the Guide
First off you need to switch wifi's( if using the same device to register] I have been known to have many accounts so I use this all the time. I suggest using a phone or different laptop with internet access. If this is not possible please go to your nearest wifi supported(ex. Starbucks, Mcdonalds(( for those that have wifi]] and any other supported ones.
Once you fill out all your new info Please consult a staff member on your new account to get it approved and make sure you won't lose your chat perms again
