ugggh sleep help plz


i just realized something sad. i dont remember the last time i slept at night. i think im feeling the effcts but i still much rather ignore my head screaming at me to sleep. im up all night avoiding nightmares/terors. i know i should sleep but in all fairness. no thx. not worth the reaccuing pannic attacks. i nap but not much. with the naps its almost 3 hours of sleep. im exausted but my moto is becoming "sleep is for the weak" but im just fooling my self. dose anyone know tricks to help me sleep at night?
